This page explains what we do with the details you send us through the form on our website.

Who we are

Scrollkite is run by [business name and address, to be added]. We are the controller of the personal data you send us under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Contact for anything about your data: hello@scrollkite.com

What we collect

When you use the form on our website, we collect:

Please don't send passwords or logins. We never ask for them.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request: to send your free ad review by email, or to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is that you asked us to do this (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

If you become a client, how we handle data inside your ad accounts is set out in our client agreement.

Who else sees it

Your form is processed by our form provider, [Formspree], and our email provider, [email provider], which store it on our behalf. Some of these may store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to this site with a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool, [GoatCounter or Cloudflare Web Analytics]. It tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they viewed. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites and doesn't identify you personally. This site sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of your last message. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together and then as long as the law requires for business records (usually 6 years for invoices).

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, at any time. Email us at the address above and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
